TAMMY GARCIA & FLAMENKINES:
Hailing from Cordoba, Andalucia, Tammy Garcia headed for the cooler
shores of Brighton mid 2004. Within a couple of months, she was singing
at parties and house clubs including Pacha in London. In early 2005, Tammy
hooked up with Carbon Logic production duo, Dr.Fiasco & Alphamonkey,
who brought guitarist Danny Wallis on board for her first single, "Mexico
City".
Now working together with Juanma, Chino and Jony, the newly formed FLAMENKINES
are wowing crowds at every gig.
A heady concoction of percussion, clacking heels, scattering chicita beatbox
and twizzling castanets.
When Tammy gets on the mic and casts her gypsy spell, nobody is safe.
Her extraordinary range and passionate delivery brings tears to the eyes,
and the sultry heat of moorish spain to your heart.
Tammy Garcia and Flamenkines are currently working on their first album
with Carbon Logic.
